What is Empowerment Coaching? Empowerment Coaching is a way to work from the inside. My goal as a coach is to use the techniques I have learned to help you connect to your inner voice of Love. This will help guide you to find and recognize the answers you already have inside of you.

It hasn’t been until recently that I was able to understand that Empowerment Coaching is a form of interior design. One of my daughters, who is interested in interior design, recently explained to me that the environment a person spends time in, will have a great impact on the person as a whole. That is why she loves helping people design their space to represent themselves so they feel their best when they are in that space.

I have thought a lot about this for quite some time, and I have realized that this is what I achieve through Empowerment Coaching. It is a sort of interior design; a way to reconnect with our true and highest selves. When we do this, we are able to live a joyful and fulfilling life. This is Self-Love at the highest and most pure level.
